Week Seven’s Update

How can it be the middle of October already!? And how is the Firetruck the last pattern I published? I am slacking on new patterns! It has been crazy here at home, temporary home. It feels very temporary and it is weird. The kids are adjusting but it is hard on them. I am glad I had the foresight to set up a lot of this CAL beforehand. Maybe tonight, after this release and the weekly email, I can get back to one of my half-finished patterns.

I have also been doing more crocheting lately as I try to get some winter hats and scarves made up for my kiddos. I should just follow a pattern but instead I made up some random stuff. The colorful striped hat was supposed to be for my toddler but it is too big for my husband lol. I will write up the pattern for the other two hats though. Keep your eyes peeled!

Brackets & Tutorials

Brackets are used in the written pattern to indicate repeated sections. See my detailed explanation: https://ashleeslint.com/2020/08/29/brackets-in-crochet-patterns/
