Tutorials
I didn’t set out to be a teacher. But I have created a few tutorials since beginning this designing path of life!
Since all of my patterns are written for Interlocking Crochet and Overlay Mosaic Crochet I have PDF tutorials and YouTube tutorials on both of those crochet techniques but I also have some handy reference materials for other things.
Interlocking Crochet
Also called Locked Filet Mesh / LFM.
Overlay Mosaic
Charts, stitches, etc.
General Tutorials
These tutorials are not specific to one crochet technique.
Includes tutorials that apply to BOTH techniques.
Interlocking Crochet
Interlocking crochet is a colorwork technique where you create two layers of mesh at the same time and they get locked together as you go.
I originally used the term “Locked Filet Mesh” or “LFM”.
Other designers may use other names for this same technique.

LFM Photo Tutorial

Joining Crochet Squares
The flat braid join is my preferred method of joining my squares (whether they are interlocking crochet square or overlay mosaic crochet squares).
Center-Out Tutorials

Tubular In the Round Tutorials

Overlay Mosaic
Overlay mosaic crochet is the colorwork technique where you use one yarn per row, alternating colors, and cut at the end of every row.
Some of my designs (particularly the older ones) use the interlocking crochet chart and thus you can see the mesh dots all over.
Newer designs use an adjusted chart and have solid solid areas. I am continuing to update patterns with the solid, adjusted mosaic crochet option.
