**Pattern has been updated to include repeatable section, see more details here: Repeatable Pins and Needles**

In November 2020 I published this throw blanket called “Pins and Needles”. At that point I wasn’t creating a page on the blog for each pattern so I’ve created this one now instead.

I updated this pattern in July 2021 to include the X-marked mosaic chart.

At that time I did notice that the diamond motif wasn’t actually symmetrical in the corners. I decided it was a design feature because I felt overwhelmed at the idea of possibly also adjusting the pattern to have the interlocking mesh dots removed and maybe even pulling out the repeatable motif like I’ve done for Evelyn’s Repeat.

There was a lot of patterns to update with the X-Marked Charts and looking back it would have been better to just do it all at once and get it over with, but alas, here we are. Past-Me was not kind enough to Future-Me.

This pattern has now been updated again to have a nice symmetrical design. I have not yet sectioned out the repeatable motif. Is that something you’re interested in? Vote below:

And, another question I’m looking for feedback on:
