Repeatable Designs

Categories

This category includes all my interlocking crochet and overlay mosaic crochet designs that have a repeatable element.

Usually, a repeatable section is designed for the purpose of allowing you to choose your final project size.

I like to use repeatable designs when I work in the round as a tube – no joining seams!

There may be other patterns of mine that will be added here after getting an update – I’ve only included designs that have markings on the chart and the written patterns designating a repeatable section.

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

October 2023 Mystery

This small design has a repeatable area of 34 x 12 on the chart.

October 2021 Mystery

This design was created in 2021 but only published to Ravelry and Etsy now. The mosaic crochet option is easily repeatable but the interlocking option is not written up for repeating.

Tumbling Curls

The repeatable section of this pattern is 50 squares wide on the chart.

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Floral Weave

Interlocking Crochet Only

This design has a repeatable area of 28 x 20 on the chart.

Belle to Infinity

Overlay Mosaic Crochet Only

This design is worked from the center-out and includes a video tutorial to help you get started.

This design would not work with the tubular in-the-round adjustments.

Seamless Footballs

The repeatable section in the design is narrow and tall.

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Purpureus Grandiflorus

Start from the bottom-up or work from the center-out; this design can be repeated to infinity!

Repeatable Many Hearts

I used these repeating hearts in many designs before I created this repeatable pattern.

Tranquil Leaves - Large & Small Runners

The leaves in these two designs are meant to be repeated. The blossoms on each end can be omitted if you only want to do the repeated section.

The blanket is not included in this repeatable list, but the link goes to the page about the entire Tranquil Leaves set.

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Mosaic Sleigh

Overlay Mosaic Crochet Only

This design is part of a multi-designer Crochet-A-Long and comes with a full walk-thru video!

Missi's Flowers

These delightfully minimalist flowers can be repeated over and over until you get a project as large as you like!

Cruise Whale Single

Despite the title, this whale design is written to be repeated!

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Double Wedding Rings

Whether you start from the bottom-up or work from the center-out, this design can be repeated over and over without the need to join squares later!

Cupcake 20

Who wants a cupcake? How about a million!? It’s up to you how many repeats you do!

Nordic Squares Blanket

This blanket has a repeating section that creates two styles of nordic star. You can also get the large squares separately.

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Winter 2021 CAL

This Crochet-A-Long uses a narow, repeating design to create the beautiful magic.

Soaring Dreams

This blanket has a rather large repeated section (for both width and height).

Glacial Warmth

The repeated section in this blanket is narrow enough to use as a scarf!

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Fa La La Wall Hanging

I published this as a wall hanging but it has always had the repeat written in because I originally thought it would make a good blanket (3 or 4 repeats wide).

Braided Chain Mosaic Scarf

Overlay Mosaic Crochet Only

The repeatable area of this scarf is quite wide – my scarf pictured is only 3 repeats wide!

Pull it Up Shawl

The repeatable section of this shawl is 60 squares wide on the chart.

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Summer Direction CAL

This Crochet-A-Long is a narrow, repeatable design. Each section comes with a full video walk-thru!

Sunglasses Strip

This small design was my 2nd entry in the FAT6 CAL. The mosaic crochet option is written to be repeatable. The bonus interlocking crochet pattern is written as a single pair of sunglasses only.

Mosaic Coral Strip

Overlay Mosaic Crochet Only

This small pattern was designed to be used with other patterns in a multi-designer CAL (FATW6).

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

GoldieLux

This was the first design where I adjusted the mosaic crochet option to remove the interlocking mesh dots. It was originally just a large square but later I added a repeatable pattern so you can make it as large as you want.

MusicCAL

The motifs inside the decorative border have been designed to be repeated in MusicCAL.

Malik the Malign Placemat

This design was originally created with placemat in mind, but it has always been repeatable – so you could make anything you want!

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Evelyn's Repeat

The “Evelyn” series was originally a large square and two blankets. A repeatable pattern was added in October of 2021.

Pins and Needles

Originally designed as a single-image blanket, the repeatable section was published in January of 2022.

Abstract Princess

This design was created in response to queries for the repeating section in Abstract Queen (there aren’t any repeats purposefully designed into that blanket).

The repeating section is marked in the written pattern (but not the chart) and is not marked in a way that would be easy to use in the round as a tube.

Crochet project using white, red, and blue. Stripes on back, varying squares on the front. Sprawled across the grass.

Maxi Tiles

This small repeatable design was created in response to a challenge to use a feminine hygiene wrapper as inspiration.

Spring Market Bag

Interlocking Crochet Only

The decorative strap on this bag can be repeated for whatever length you desire.
